The Nusserwanji Tata was the first person of his family to move out of Navasari (the village where nusserwanji Tata lives). He moved to Mumbai with his wife and son. And started a cotton business with help of his friend. And from small scale cotton business to establish India's biggest cotton factory.

The Nusserwanji Tata traveled from the USA to INDIA in a cargo ship and sometimes with the animal's flesh, but the struggle that you do today make your tomorrow better.

3.    Always take care of your employees.

One thing that an entrepreneur can learn from Tata group is that always do innovative things in the company, and make the company’s employee happy.

Good employees thrive at work when they know their contributions have meaning. The Ratan Tata has an idea to make a car that is fully made by Indian technology, all parts are Indian, and a fully Indian family car. Ratan Tata faced many problems and invested 120cr rupees only to make the model of the car. But he got the success in 1999. And the resulted car name is the famous car of its time "The Indica".
